Yup, 3 degrees can make a massive difference. As an alpine snowboard rider, it has taken years of tweaking to find all of the small adjustments in binding angles, binding spacing, binding centering over the board length, heel lift, toe lift, boot cant, boot flexure resistance, etc to optimize my ride.
